Larplast; produces food and vegetable packages for food industry, blister packs and trays for automotive, electronic, medical industries with PS, PVC, r-PET, PET, PP, PLA raw materials.
Our company’s history as follow ;
2007 – began to production with 50.000 TL.- capital, in 850 m2 thermoform factory with and one thermoforming machine,
2012 – increase its production capacity by moving another factory with 3000 m2 at Esenyurt-İstanbul and increasing machine capacity to 3,
2016 – increase its capital to 1.800.000.-TL with second generation,
2018 – begin production its own factory in Malkara OSB with 10.102 m2 open, 6.000 m2 closed production area, move its’ center office to İstanbul – Bahçeşehir. In December 2018, Larplast’ s capital rises to 6.000.000.- TL.-
We continue to produce 450ton/month ;Food containers, punnets, blisters and carrying trays with using r-PET, PET,PS, PP, PLA as raw material with 2 extruder lines and 5 thermoforming machines.
We have molding office that produce own tools and can offer tailor made solutions to our customer’s needs.
