Oba Plastik Kimya ve Gıda San. Tic. Ltd. Şti. started his first production in Edremit district of Balikesir and took his place in the sector with polyethylene and pet bottle production İN 1986. Oba Plastik, which continues its path with the goal of being a solution partner rather than a supplier company, increases its production capacity day by day with 3 different factories by incorporating Manisa in 2009 and Izmir factories in 2013. In Edremit, which is our company center, we have cosmetic and cleaning products, as well as food packaging production and body-sleeve application. Manisa factory, while producing inhouse production to an oil company that is a leader in the sector, İzmir factory mainly the leaders of the food sector vinegar, lemon juice turnip, oil and gas beverage production companies with packaging supplier continues to provide services. In addition to all this, Edremit has started to produce preform in the central factory with investments made.
Oba Plastik, which does not compromise on its innovative line, will start producing hot filling PET packaging for the first time in Turkey in 2020. Thanks to this technology, ketchup and gravy products that do not need to be used in additives will be launched. As Oba Plastik, our production capacity is 6000 tons per year and continues to increase with new investments made over time. While our oil packaging exports to middle eastern and eastern European countries continue, we have also started to export preform intensively to the United States.
