THE REGULAR GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE RIGID PLASTIC MANUFACTURERS ASSOCIATION (SEPA) WAS HELD<\/strong><\/p>\n

The Regular General Assembly Meeting of the Rigid Plastic Manufacturers Association was held on 10:00 AM, November 8th, a Wednesday at our Association headquarters with the attendance of our association members.<\/p>\n

In accordance with the Agenda set forth in the General Assembly announcement, the meeting which began with the National Anthem and a Moment of Silence proceeded with the election of the Chairmanship Council; discussion of the Board of Directors Activity Report, voting and release of Board of Directors Members; discussion of the Supervisory Board Report, voting, and release of the Board of Directors Members; election of the members of the Board of Directors and the Supervisory Board for the new term; reading of the temporary budget for the new term, discussion, and voting on the same; furnishing the Board of Directors with the authority to make transfers to the new budget amongst chapters, and to determine membership and entrance fees; determining the original and reserve delegates who will represent our association in future meetings and the general assembly of the Federation of Packaging Industrialists Associations; and the making of obligatory amendments to the statute were accepted by unanimous vote.<\/p>\n
