PP (Polypropylene)<\/h2>\n

PP raw material is similar to HDPE raw materials in terms of resistance to chemicals and barrier properties. The physical properties of this material have been developed through copolymerization.<\/p>\n

Homopolimer PP<\/strong> is a relatively resistant and hard material to impact. The product produced from this raw material is transparent. Thermoform (heat forming), blowing (inflator) and injection molding can be processed.<\/p>\n

Block Copolymer PP <\/strong>is much more durable than homopolymer. It usually contains ethylene. The more ethylene content, the more durable the block polymers. Due to this feature, the block has become one of the most preferred packaging materials for packaging frozen foods such as copolymer PP and ice cream.<\/p>\n

Random Copolymer PP<\/strong> is more resistant to impacts than Homopolymer PP. But it is fragile at low temperatures. They are mainly used in the production of containers produced by thermoform (heat forming) process. In recent years, there has also been a big increase in bottle applications. Random copolymers are more commonly used in the manufacture of ketchup bottles.<\/p>\n
