SEPA Rigid Plastic Packaging Manufacturers Association organized a training called “Time Manager on November 9th 2010 at the Head Office of the Association.
The purpose of this training was to give practical skills to the participants on creating more effective and solution based working habits by approaching the life and time with a more proper view and more proper techniques, increasing the efficiency, raising the personal performance and also to develop the participants skills about time management, effectiveness and productivity, correct prioritization, personal organization, planning, overcoming time thieves, meeting management and stress management.
